There are several factors that go into planning an event before you can begin the execution process.  We will assist in finding the right venue for your event, create site plans and venue layouts, secure the necessary permits, collaborate with you on the development and execution of the event budget, create the necessary safety protocols and a detailed event timeline.

The heart of your event starts with your exhibitors, entertainers and vendors.  As part of the event preparation process LEM will find the exhibitors, entertainers and vendors that best fit your vision, budget, and what brings your event to life.  LEM will work closely with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and efficient set-up and break down.

  Sponsorship sales is not part of our core services, but LEM will assist in identifying sponsorship opportunities for your event.    Along with the exhibitors, entertainers and vendors,  LEM will work closely with your sponsors to assure a smooth set-up, breakdown and  make it a priority that the sponsor maximizes its experience and achieves the goals they expect to accomplish by being part of your event or festival.

With event day here, the work is not finished.  LEM will continue to work with and monitor all parties involved to make certain the customer experience is at the highest level.  LEM will work closely with the ticket office, food and beverage vendors  to guarantee maximized sales and efficiency in the final reconciliation process.  

 LEM will be part of the entire breakdown process to assure the event site is just the way it was found.  LEM will devise a plan for an efficient and effective load out process for all sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors.  

As you bask in the success of your event,  

LEM will provide all necessary reports and analytics for proper post-event assessment.  LEM will give a detailed post-event report, giving feedback on the positives from the event and what could be improved for future events.
